ADS offers two methods of printing on disc media.
Offset is dedicated four-color process (CMYK) with the ability to add one spot color, which is printed silkscreen. This option comes in handy when a spot color, Pantone formula, is critical to match elements such as logos and companioning materials. Offset is the best method for high-quality images, like photos and gradients.
Silkscreen is primarily for spot color printing, although 4 color process can be printed as well. Our silkscreen presses can print 5 colors, including the opaque white flood base.
DVD Replication
The preferred format for DVD is a replicated, or pressed DVD. This process essentially negates the +/- issue and creates a DVD that will be compatible with all DVD players. Our minimum run size for replication is 500 copies.
Need a UPC Barcode? We can do that!
A bar code is a must for retail sales. Stores won’t sell products without them. If you were to buy one from the UCC, not only would it cost you $750, but the process would also take several weeks. Not when you order a CD replication package from AM, we’ll give you a unique UPC bar code that can be tracked by any distributor or retailer inventory system. And once you register your bar code with SoundScan (which is free and easy), your sales records will be trackable. UPC Bar Code: $15
Need a UPC Spine Label? We can do that, too!
Class up your CD and give it a Retail look with a Spine Label: $60 per 1000 ($.06 ea)
